This looks absolutely delicious. I’ll have to add the ingredients to my shopping list and give it a try.
Thanks for stopping by Barbara. If you try it, please let us know what you think about the recipe.
This is great. I can’t wait to make this cocktail when my fresh mint grows in the garden this Spring.
@Abbie Ooh, fresh mint from your garden sounds wonderful. Watch out, I might be inviting myself over for cocktail hour. 🙂
It will taste awesome. I just love mint and can’t wait to try this out for an refreshing experience. Thanks for sharing.
@Eugene McNeil – Thanks for stopping by. Love your Talbott Teas website, great design.
If you’re a fan of tea cocktails, give Tavalon Tea a try! Their Mo-tea-to’s are delicious! Not to mention the other kinds of tea they have, I’ve been ordering from their website and I’m loving all of the flavors I’ve had so far!
This sounds appealing, particularly because I like my mojitos less sweet and I imagine, depending on what kind of oolong you used, it could add some pleasant bitterness. My intuition would be to try it using a formosa amber oolong and brewing it rather strongly.
